The Deirdre Lobo-D’Cunha Music Studio offers 30-minute, 60-minute, and 90-minute lessons with a total of four lessons per month. Tuition may be paid in quarterly, or monthly installments, and is non-refundable once paid. Whatever the fee installment you choose to pay, is due on the *1st day of that month or quarter. Invoices will be sent out on the 15th of the month previous for the upcoming payment due. Full tuition is due regardless of holidays, vacations, and student absences. Tuition becomes overdue after the 10th day of that month, at which point a late fee of $10 per student will be added for that month in the invoice for the next month in the case of monthly payments, and $10 per student in the next quarterly payment for those who have opted to pay quarterly tuition. Tuition is due from the time of enrollment until the studio is notified of the date a student chooses to discontinue, or there are 3 un-notified absences, at which point the student’s participation in the studio will be first discussed, and a warning given for termination. If there is an un-notified absence after the warning, then the student’s participation in the studio will be terminated.
There are a total of 2 recitals, and 1 group session per year depending upon the schedule of the instructor as well as the availability of a venue. Students will be encouraged to participate. Fees for recitals and group sessions will be charged separately at the time of those events. A one-time non-refundable registration fee per student will be charged at the beginning of the very first lesson in the Deirdre Lobo-D’Cunha Studio. Those students who have already paid the one-time non-refundable registration do not need to pay the registration again. Students who have discontinued lessons or on summer vacation for more than a month, and wish to re-enroll will have to pay the one-time registration fee at the time of re-enrollment. If on summer vacation for just 1 month, students would need to schedule make-up lessons either before going on vacation, or after returning from vacation. .
Example: Monthly fees for Jan 1, 2010 to Jan 31, 2010 is due on Jan 1, 2010. Late fee is applicable if paid after Jan 15, 2010. Quarterly fees for Jan 1, 2010 through March 31, 2010 is due by Jan 15, 2010 (to be eligible for discount). Late Fee Charge is $10 per month per student.
